Egg muffins

WALT: to cook

my favourite part was making the egg muffins
my lest favourite part was waiting for them to be ready
this is the recipe
1/4 cup raw diced capsicum1C cooked spinach, squeezed and chopped(We used fresh chives, basil, parsley and chillies because we didn’t have spinach)1 raw sliced spring onion1 raw diced tomato6 eggs, beaten1/2C grated cheese

    Hi Holly, Those muffins look so tasty. I have not made them before but I have made savory muffins which look quite similar. Where your muffins as tasty as they looked?
